Sister Wives: Kody Brown Stews as Grandpa Now David Woolley – Kody Brown Feeling Replaced?

Sister Wives star Kody Brown may need to move over a bit as David Woolley is now “Grandpa” to his grandchildren at the prompting of his daughter and son-in-law in real-time.

But the TLC reality celebrity probably won’t see it that way. Fans think he’ll likely blame Christine Brown for this. He already blames both her and Janelle Brown for the estrangement with his adult kids.

Sister Wives: Kody Brown Feeling Replaced?

It seems Mykelti Brown Padron and her husband, Tony Padron, encourage their children to call Christine Brown‘s new husband, Grandpa. It’s likely that only one of their kids is old enough to speak right now, Avalon Padron. But her baby twin brothers will soon be old enough to follow suit.

Reports several months back suggested that David Woolley became a thorn in Kody’s side after seeing photos of him with one of his Sister Wives kids. Christine’s youngest daughter, Truely Brown, is the only child left at home.

So Truely lives with her mom and her new stepdad, David Woolley. The pictures were of Truely and David horsing around during a trip to Cosco. Plus David was there when Truely went too far up a rock cliff. She was afraid to come back down by herself.

Christine gloated about how good David Woolley was with her daughter. Her then-future husband climbed up to help her back down. So, it seems that Kody gets to see a lot of his kids’ relationships grow stronger with David.  From what reports say, he sees this on social media sites. And they also say he doesn’t like it.

David Woolley Now Grandpa to Kody’s Grandchildren

Reports from a while back had Kody Brown “sick” over the constant photos of David infiltrating Christine’s family, especially seeing him with the kids. So with this latest news coming from Kody Brown’s daughter and her husband, fans assume Kody is stewing in anger just like before.

If he is, Sister Wives fans suggest that he has no one to blame but himself. Instead of reaching out to his kids, he sits and waits for them to reach out first. Many of his offspring continue to harbor hurt feelings over how he favors his wife Robyn Brown and her kids.

So while Kody Brown sits home and feels sorry for himself because of his estrangement with several of his kids, life goes on.

Christine idolizes David and posts photos of him with her kids at various family get-togethers. So this likely stings the Sister Wives patriarch a bit as well.

Even at Gwendlyn Brown’s wedding, David Woolley stood in the spot that you would expect the father of the bride to stand. This was for the family photos with Gwen as the bride.

But Kody was conspicuously missing from group photos on his daughter’s special day. But David was there.

Mykelti revealed that her kids call her mom, Oma, and they call David Woolley Grandpa. Her kids have embraced David as part of their family. Mykelti said the kids love going over to Oma’s and Grandpa’s house where they can play with the “cool toys” Christine has for them.

She also suggested that Tony Padron is also a bit infatuated with the toys as well. So, it looks like Kody keeps his pride by not reaching out to his kids. But there’s another grandpa willing to spend time with them.

From what Christine has to say, her new husband David Woolley is great with kids. That includes his kids and grandkids as well.

It looks like Kody Brown’s ex-wife lives by the motto that love should not be divided but multiplied as she blends her family with David’s family today. That is not what Kody Brown says anymore at the beginning of each of the episodes from the TLC series. Because for him, he flunked the multiplication test. But fans give him an A+ on division.
