General Hospital Spoilers: Thursday, March 21 – Willow’s Stolen Meds – Heather’s Question – Sasha’s Photoshoot Disaster

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, March 21, reveal that Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) will voice concerns to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) about their roles in hiding Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) since John Cates (Adam Harrington) could question them next.

Willow just won’t see a way out of this situation, so she’ll panic as she unloads her fears on Michael.

Of course, there could be one problem in particular since it looks like someone will notice some antibiotics are missing at GH.

Nurse Deanna Sirtis (Dioni Michelle Collins) will give Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) updates on the news and wonder if someone could lose their job for this, so Liz will admit she could.

As the head nurse, Elizabeth is responsible for those working under her, so she may fear she’ll be unemployed soon.

If Willow realizes Liz could get in trouble for her decision to steal meds, she’ll feel terrible and will want to find a way to make things right.

Next, let’s talk about some new faces who’ll be part of Sasha Gilmore’s (Sofia Mattsson) Deception photoshoot on Thursday’s episode.

Doug Tompos will play Davion, the creative director who perhaps has a vision that’s very different from Sasha’s.

Jeremy Xido will also play Ephraim, a photographer who’s involved in trying to make that vision a reality.

Unfortunately, Sasha will end up asking if they can stop the photoshoot for a minute since it’ll become clear that it’s not going well at all.

In fact, Sasha might walk off the set entirely and have some huge complaints for Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) once things turn disastrous.

Next, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) will have a meeting with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), so Tracy will ask why they should be the only ones to suffer.

It turns out more Deception drama could be brewing since Sasha’s on the verge of a major decision.

Could Sasha quit and leave them without their top model?

At GH, Heather Webber (Alley Mills) will ask Laura Collins (Genie Francis) if she’s always been this wild, so Laura may acknowledge that Heather’s behavior has certainly been wilder in recent years.

That’s seemingly due to cobalt poisoning, so Heather will get some reassurance from Laura about the hip replacement surgery she’s facing and how it could help.

Across town, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will seek Nina Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) out and warn that she’s going to get caught doing something she’s not supposed to be doing.

Although Drew will push Nina’s buttons, he’ll actually stop by her office to pass along a new offer.

Drew will have a proposal for Nina, so could he swallow his pride and ask her to run Crimson again since they’re down an editor-in-chief without Carly Spencer (Laura Wright)?

That’s a possibility to consider, but it’s also possible Drew will have another proposition in mind.
