So General Hospital is turning 60! What a brilliant milestone! Something not many shows can boast of. It is incredible how GH has been around for 6 decades and still manages to be relevant in today’s times! To celebrate the amazing feat, the soap is about to dish out a primetime special called -General Hospital: 60 Years of Stars and Storytelling. It is set to air on January 4, 2024, at 10:00 p.m. ET. The special videos that General Hospital is sharing on social media feature the cast and crew of the ABC super soap. Each of them recites hilarious details about their character or something that they would love their on-screen persona to do. In one such video, Finola Hughes shared that she would love Anna to get on top of a serial killer investigation. She wants to solve a classic Whodunnit on GH. Well, considering that there is never any dearth of crimes in PC. She might just get her wish soon!
Rescues And Reunions On General Hospital
As for Donnell Turner, he has the funniest thing in mind for Curtis on General Hospital! Although, if he does get his wish, we certainly won’t be complaining! Turns out, Donell wants Curtis to stand up and dance. In fact, he takes his wishes several notches higher by saying he’d actually love to perform a “one-act striptease at the Nurses Ball.” Well, Well, we’d love that, won’t we?
Josh Swickard reflected on a storyline idea that feels very thought through! We wonder how long he had been sitting on that one, though! Chuckles! Josh says he would love a storyline where he arrests a bad guy, and there is a burning building. He enters for a rescue mission, and somehow, his shirt falls off! And he comes out carrying Maurice Benard (Sonny)! We wonder how Maurice would react to this idea.
Speaking of dream storylines, a General Hospital fan – Leslie Mae Hahaku featured on the video, and asked for a Sonny and Brenda reunion. Well, we are sure Leslie is not the only one hoping for that story! Speaking of fans and dream unions, another fan -Sheryl Underwood, gushed that she would love to see Trina and Spencer get married. We guess this one is very plausible! Some spoilers do tease that the young super couple will soon be discussing marriage!
