General Hospital Update: Wednesday, July 19 – Scary Meltdown, Villain’s Comeback and Sister Spin-Out

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Wednesday, July 19, indicates that Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) will sound the alarm to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) since there are some major issues going on with her new foundation.

Kristina will act like the whole thing’s being yanked away from her, but Sonny may have a feeling she’s being overdramatic.

There’s a good chance Kristina is just spinning out due to the situation that’s happening with Molly Lansing-Davis (currently played by Holiday Mia Kriegel).

Will Kristina ultimately confide in Sonny about the surrogacy suggestion and the conflict it caused with her sister?

Whatever the case, Sonny is a great dad who always wants to be Mr. Fix-It, especially when it comes to Kristina. You can bet Sonny will have some words of wisdom that can hopefully help Kristina cope.

Meanwhile, Molly will have some things to get off her chest when she visits Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), so Sam will get to the bottom of Molly’s decision to lash out at Kristina.

At The Invader, Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) will try to stop Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) from hitting publish on a new story, but Alexis may be hesitant to take advice from her receptionist.

Regardless, Esme might want to shut down any article that involves her biological parents, Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) and Heather Webber (Alley Mills).

Although Esme may be wary of her bio mom and dad making headlines again, she’ll remain curious about her past.

It’s possible Esme will seek out Heather while she’s locked away since Alley Mills is set to reprise her role in the next episode or so.

However, Heather could also make an appearance in Sasha Gilmore’s (Sofia Mattsson) drugged-up mind since Sasha will be armed when she lunges at someone on Wednesday’s episode.

Before that shocker, Sasha will be brimming with confidence as she kicks off an interview, so she’ll tell Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) that there’s no need to prepare.

Although Sasha will plan to be honest about the police misunderstanding, there’s more to the story that even Sasha doesn’t know.

Dr. Damon Montague (Darin Toonder) gave Sasha new meds that have caused some shocking behavior – and more is on the way.

That brings us to Sasha’s looming meltdown which could result in someone getting seriously injured. Sasha might imagine seeing Heather with her hook and take drastic action to stop her, but she’ll be wrong about the hallucination that pops up.

Gladys will start to panic once she sees Sasha go off the rails, but it’ll be too late to stop what she’s set in motion.

Over with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly), he’ll fret over an idea possibly making things worse, so we’ll see if that involves Sasha or perhaps the lawsuit Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) is moving forward with.

During a break from waiting on Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) updates, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will awkwardly reconnect with Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews) – though she’ll appreciate the support.

At GH, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) will face Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) wrath and understand why she’d want Trina to put him in the rearview mirror.

Nevertheless, Spencer will make a speech about how deeply he cares for Trina and hope he can start winning her mom over.

General Hospital spoilers say Curtis is on the verge of waking up soon, so good news is looming for Trina, Portia and everyone else who loves Curtis.
