General Hospital Update: Monday, December 11 – Michael takes off his mother-in-law’s mask – What will Nina have to face?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Monday, December 11, reveals that Nina Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) will have a confession to make – one that’s sure to rile up Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

Nina may acknowledge that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) still has big issues with her and that he doesn’t seem keen on her attending the Christmas Eve gathering.

Sonny will insist he can speak with Michael for Nina and sort this out, but she’ll apparently stop him from calling his son’s number.

Nina may insist Michael just needs a little more time to get used to the idea and urge Sonny not to make things worse.

Of course, Nina will hope she can get Sonny to back off so that Michael won’t get angry enough to blab about her role in the SEC drama.

Other GH spoilers say Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) will complain about Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) and Lois Cerullo’s (Rena Sofer) choice of decorations, but they won’t see the problem.

After Tracy insists it looks like Coney Island in there, she’ll declare that she came home in the nick of time.

When Leo Quartermaine (Easton Rocket Sweda) appears, he’ll blurt out that Christmas is ruined, so we’ll see if the adults can convince him that he’s got it all wrong.

At Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) apartment, he’ll enjoy some cozy moments with Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) as they reflect on Violet Finn’s (Jophielle Love) holiday spirit and what she can teach them this year.

Violet will remain on cloud nine as she talks to Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) about their looming nuptials.

You can bet Violet will want to play a big role in all the festivities.

Now that Tracy’s back in Port Charles, Lois will apparently send out an SOS to Brook Lynn and get her to hightail it over to the Quartermaine mansion.

Brook Lynn will bring Chase with her, so that’ll allow them to make another announcement about their wedding plans and get some new reactions.

As for Lois and Olivia, they’ll deal with some suspicions, so we’ll see if that involves the reason for Tracy’s homecoming or something else.

Olivia and Lois might even suspect the engagement news is coming before it’s revealed since Olivia’s been dropping hints along with Gloria Cerullo (Ellen Travolta).

At home, Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) Christmas wish will be to walk again – and if this procedure works, he won’t plan on ever putting anything else on his holiday list.

Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) will get updates on the experimental study that Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) arranged for Curtis, so he may be cautiously optimistic that everything will work out.

Over with Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), he’ll share some difficult memories with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy).

Dex probably doesn’t remember a lot of happy Christmas moments since his home life was so messed up.

Although Dex will crack jokes eventually, Josslyn won’t think any of this is funny.

It’ll be hard for Joss to hear about the trauma Dex endured, so she’ll try to offer support.

Dex had some abusive brothers when he was younger, so he had a rough time. Since Dex’s parents chose to do nothing, he didn’t have the easiest upbringing.

Now that Dex is confiding more about his past, could that be a sign that he’s getting a family member on canvas?

Could Mr. Brennan (Charles Mesure) turn out to be Dex’s biological father?
