General Hospital Spoilers: Cyrus Orders Austin to Finish Drew Off at GH – Doctor’s Awful Dilemma?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) should’ve known better than to think he was free from Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) grasp! Cyrus acted like he was going to let Austin go, but there’s no way that’s happening when it’s so useful having a doctor around to take orders.

Although Cyrus is starting to think Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) has outlived his worth, Austin is a different story.

The doc has access to patients and supplies at GH, so he may soon be backed into another terrible corner.

Cyrus is a master manipulator who has no problem blackmailing people to play by his rules.

Although Cyrus played the hero at Pentonville, it seems likely he sent those inmates to beat up Drew in the first place.

Regardless, Cyrus’ fake good deed is done, so does he have any real reason to keep Drew alive – especially when Drew was working for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) to score info on Austin’s boss?

If Cyrus decides he doesn’t want Drew to survive, he may get in touch with Austin again.

Austin might receive new orders to sneak into Drew’s hospital room and give him a fatal injection or something along those lines.

Of course, Austin could refuse, but that would put people he cares about at risk – like Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola). Even Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and her kids could be in jeopardy since Austin cares about their safety, too.

Austin might find himself facing an awful dilemma, so could he actually go through with trying to finish Drew off?

General Hospital spoilers say Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will get rattled during the week of October 2-6, so she might find Drew in distress and grow suspicious of Austin’s attempt to take him out.

Then again, someone like Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) might catch Austin instead and voice her own suspicions about his troubling behavior.

Whatever the case, Drew is a threat to Cyrus, who tends to eliminate people who stand in his way!

Although Drew will survive his prison ordeal, another close call could be coming up in the aftermath at GH.
